The brief
Garage Door Solutions supplies and fits garage doors, gates, windows and automation systems, and has been doing so for more than 25 years. They wanted a site that explained the whole range clearly, made it easy to ask for a quote, and could answer the common questions that come in when nobody is in the office.
It also needed to help customers picture the door they wanted before asking for a quote.
What we built
A full business website with two pieces of custom software built in: a garage door configurator and an AI chat assistant.
- Door configurator
- Customers choose style, material, colour, size, windows and automation and see the door update as they go. The finished choice becomes a specification the team can quote from.
- AI chat assistant
- Answers questions about products, services, pricing and availability at any time of day, and passes anything it can't handle on to the team.
- Product pages
- Sectional, roller and side-hinged doors, gates, windows and automation systems, each with its own page.
- Service pages
- Servicing, repairs, automation upgrades and garage interiors, with what's involved in each.
- Gallery
- Photos of finished installations, so customers can see different door styles in place.
- Quotes and contact
- A quote request form, showroom and location details, and emergency call-out information.
